What's Coming in 2026

When we launched ImpactMojo, we had a simple goal: make quality development sector education accessible to practitioners across South Asia, regardless of where they work or what they can afford.

As 2025 draws to a close, we're grateful for every learner who has trusted us with their professional development. Now we want to share what's next—not as promises carved in stone, but as a roadmap we're genuinely excited to pursue.

The Year Ahead

Building the future of development learning

Every feature built from practitioner feedback

Built With You

Everything on our roadmap comes from conversations with practitioners. The Research Ops Suite emerged from M&E managers telling us they spend hours on sample size calculations that should take minutes. The regional language expansion reflects feedback that English-only content excludes many capable professionals.

How You Can Shape What's Next

  • Use the labs: Your usage patterns tell us what works and what needs improvement
  • Send feedback: The "Feedback" button isn't decoration—we read everything
  • Join beta testing: Early access to new tools in exchange for honest input
  • Share your challenges: The problems you face become the features we build

Staying Accessible

As we grow, we're committed to keeping our core content free. The courses, the labs, the games—these remain open to anyone who wants to learn.

Premium features like advanced coaching, certification, and organisational tools will help sustain the platform. But the educational mission comes first. A programme officer in rural Odisha and a consultant in Singapore should both be able to build the same foundational skills.

"Quality development education shouldn't be a luxury good available only to those who can attend expensive workshops in metropolitan cities."

The Bigger Picture

Our ultimate goal isn't to build a platform—it's to build capacity across the sector. Every practitioner who strengthens their skills improves the programmes they work on, which benefits the communities those programmes serve.

If ImpactMojo helps even a fraction of the development workforce do their work more effectively, that's a multiplier effect worth pursuing.
