Our Commitment to Fairness

At ImpactMojo, we believe in transparency and fairness in all our dealings. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed for our premium services.

Remember: All our core courses are permanently free! This refund policy only applies to optional premium services, paid workshops, and coaching sessions.

Free Content - No Refund Needed

The following are always free and require no payment:

  • All courses in our course catalog
  • Interactive labs and educational games
  • Downloadable handouts and resources
  • Blog articles and podcast episodes
  • Basic tools and calculators

Since these are free, no refund is applicable. Voluntary contributions ("pay what you think is fair") are donations and are generally non-refundable, though we'll consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

Workshop Refunds

For paid workshops and masterclasses, our refund policy is based on cancellation timing:

Workshop Transfers

If you cannot attend a workshop, you have these alternatives:

  • Transfer to another date: Free transfer to the next available session (subject to availability)
  • Send a substitute: You may send a colleague in your place at no extra charge
  • Convert to credit: Apply your payment as credit toward future workshops or premium services

Coaching Session Refunds

For one-on-one or group coaching sessions:

Coaching Package Refunds

If you've purchased a coaching package:

  • Unused sessions can be refunded at a prorated rate
  • Completed sessions are non-refundable
  • Package credits are valid for 12 months from purchase

Premium Membership Refunds

For premium membership subscriptions:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions: Prorated refund available within first 30 days; after that, you may cancel but no refund is provided
  • Organizational plans: Custom refund terms as specified in your agreement

Note: Premium membership benefits stop immediately upon cancellation. If you have remaining days in a billing period, you retain access until the period ends.

Cancellation by ImpactMojo

If we cancel a workshop, session, or service:

  • You will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer to another date
  • We will notify you as soon as possible
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Reasons we might cancel include insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at hello@impactmojo.in
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your order/registration details
  4. State the reason for your refund request

Processing Time

  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Family emergencies
  • Natural disasters affecting your area
  • Travel disruptions beyond your control

We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include full refunds, transfers, or credits regardless of the standard policy timeline.
