Why one room? A single survey is a snapshot. Placed side by side, these eight become a story with a spine — the same child who sits in an under-equipped classroom (UDISE+), struggles to read a simple paragraph (ASER), drifts further from the syllabus each year (NAS) and mostly never reaches college (AISHE) grows into the worker counted by PLFS, the migrant traced in the Census, and the voter tallied by the Election Commission. How these are built. Every explorer draws on the official published survey — no scraping of unofficial mirrors passed off as source, no invented figures. Where a number is derived (e.g. a district-level average assembled from official learning-outcome figures), the explorer says so plainly and shows how close it lands to the published total. If a figure can't be sourced and validated, it isn't shown.
