1 trackerHow these are built. Every explorer draws on the official published survey (or, for the LEAP Cities Explorer and the HPI Explorer, on openly published academic datasets (Zenodo CC BY 4.0; the Hot or Cool Institute's public data file, cited as it requests)) no scraping of unofficial mirrors passed off as source, no invented figures. Where a number is derived (e.g. a district-level average assembled from official learning-outcome figures), the explorer says so plainly and shows how close it lands to the published total. If a figure can't be sourced and validated, it isn't shown. The Scheme Tracker follows the same rule with a different pairing: an official government claim beside an official audit finding (the CAG, a parliamentary committee, or official data), both cited, no commentary.
