How to play: You manage a household over 8 years. Each year, allocate 24 time units across activities:

• Paid work — earns income, builds career
• Childcare — affects child wellbeing
• Eldercare — affects family health
• Household work — cooking, cleaning, maintenance
• Education — boosts future earning power
• Rest & self-care — prevents burnout

The twist: In the first 3 years, time is pre-allocated reflecting systemic inequality. From year 4 onward, you redesign the distribution. Policy events will shape what is possible.
