Refund Policy

The Short Version

Free content is free — no refund needed. For paid services, we have fair cancellation windows. We're not trying to keep your money if the service didn't work for you.


Free Content

All courses, games, labs, handouts, and resources on the free tier are permanently free. There's nothing to refund.

Voluntary contributions ("Pay What You Think Is Fair") are treated as donations. They're generally non-refundable, but if you have a concern, email us and we'll work it out.


Workshop Refunds

When you cancel

Alternatives to a refund:

  • Transfer your spot to the next workshop session (free)

  • Send a substitute from your organisation

  • Apply the payment as credit toward a future service


Coaching Session Refunds

When you cancel

48+ hours before

100% refund or reschedule

24–48 hours before

50% refund or reschedule

Less than 24 hours before

No refund (but you can reschedule once)

Coaching packages: Credits are valid for 12 months. If you have unused sessions, you can get a prorated refund. Sessions already completed are non-refundable.


Premium Membership Refunds

Monthly plans

  • Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period

  • No partial-month refunds

Annual plans

  • Within the first 30 days: Prorated refund

  • After 30 days: No refund, but you can cancel and your access continues until the plan expires

Organisation plans

  • Custom terms based on your agreement — contact us to discuss


If We Cancel Something

If ImpactMojo cancels a workshop, coaching session, or service:

  • You get a 100% refund or the option to transfer to another session

  • We'll notify you as soon as possible

  • Refund processing takes 7–10 business days


Exceptional Circumstances

Life happens. If you need to cancel due to:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Family crises

  • Natural disasters

  • Travel disruptions

Email us and we'll consider full refunds, transfers, or credits on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@impactmojo.inenvelope with "Refund Request" in the subject line

  2. Include: Your order or registration details and the reason for the request

  3. We'll acknowledge within 2 business days

  4. Processing takes 7–10 business days after approval

  5. Bank processing may add 3–5 additional days
