Mojini is ImpactMojo's platform assistant — a structured FAQ chatbot available across the site to answer questions about courses, labs, tools, pricing, and how to use ImpactMojo's resources.
Think of Mojini as a knowledgeable help desk that has been programmed with answers to the most common questions about the platform. Ask about a specific course, a premium tool, how certificates work, or where to find a particular dataset — Mojini responds with accurate, pre-written answers matched to your question.
Note: Mojini is not an AI or large language model. It works by matching your question to a structured knowledge base of 30+ topic patterns and returning the most relevant pre-written response. It does not generate new text, reason about novel questions, or learn from conversations.

How Mojini Works
Mojini works by pattern-matching your question against a structured knowledge base covering 30+ topic areas. When you type a question, Mojini identifies the closest matching topic and returns a pre-written response with links to the relevant page.
This means:
Mojini is fast and reliable for questions it's been programmed to answer
It won't hallucinate or make things up — every response is written by the ImpactMojo team
It has limits — if your question doesn't match a known pattern, Mojini will say so rather than guessing
The chatbot appears as a small widget on platform pages. Click it to open a conversation, type your question, and get an immediate response with links to relevant pages.
How Educators Can Use Mojini
For Self-Service Support
Point participants to Mojini when they have platform questions during a workshop. Instead of fielding "where do I find X?" questions yourself, participants can ask Mojini directly.
For Resource Discovery
