You can use ImpactMojo's free content without creating an account. If you create an account or pay for premium features, these are the rules. They're standard and fair — no surprises.
What's Free
All core learning content is permanently free:
9 flagship courses and 39 foundational courses
12 economics games and 10 interactive labs
400+ handouts, ImpactLex glossary, Dev Case Studies, DevDiscourses, and Dataverse
No login wall, no trial period, no bait-and-switch
This is a genuine commitment, not a marketing strategy. Free content will never be moved behind a paywall.
Your Account
If you create an account:
Use accurate information (we need a real email to send you certificates)
Keep your password secure — don't share login credentials
You're responsible for activity on your account
We can suspend accounts that violate these terms (harassment, illegal activity, etc.)
What You Can Do with Our Content
You can:
Read, study, and learn from all free content
Share links to ImpactMojo pages with anyone
Use content in workshops and classrooms (with attribution — "Content from ImpactMojo")
Download handouts for personal and educational use
Print materials for training sessions
You cannot:
Sell ImpactMojo content or charge money for access to it
Modify our content and redistribute the modified version
Scrape or bulk-download content using automated tools
Use ImpactMojo content to train AI or machine learning models without permission
Claim ImpactMojo content as your own work
The licence is Creative Commons BY-NC-ND 4.0 — use freely, credit us, don't sell it, don't alter it.
Paying for Things
Premium memberships
Monthly plans: cancel anytime, access continues until the end of your billing period
Annual plans: pay for 10 months, get 12 months
No hidden fees — the price listed is the price you pay
Voluntary contributions
"Pay What You Think Is Fair" contributions are treated as donations
They're generally non-refundable, but we consider requests case by case
Workshops, coaching, and dojos

Things We're Not Responsible For
ImpactMojo is an educational platform. Important caveats:
Our content is educational, not professional advice. Don't treat a course module as legal, financial, or medical guidance. Consult qualified professionals for specific situations.
Best practices may not apply everywhere. Development contexts vary enormously. What works in one setting may not work in yours.
We can't guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may occasionally go down for maintenance or due to technical issues.
External links may break. We link to many external resources — we can't control whether those sites stay online.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes would be handled in courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
