Premium Resource Gating

• All premium tools now use server-side JWT auth-gate on Netlify Edge Functions

Admin Fixes

• Admin tier protection: database trigger prevents client-side downgrades

• Profile fetch timeout increased and auto-retry added for slow connections

Labs & Design

• 7 new interactive labs (Design Thinking, Impact Partnerships, Resource Sustainability, Policy Advocacy, MEL Design, MEL Plan Builder, Gender Analysis)

• All 19 labs aligned to ImpactMojo standard design (theme selector, floating decorations, sargamicon badges)

• Lab count updated from 12 to 19 across the platform

Housekeeping

• Removed mobile-index.html — index.html is now fully responsive

• Updated all documentation counts (labs 10→19, games 12→16, Dataverse 215→247)

Documentation Overhaul

• New guides: Handouts Guide (how to use and print), Dataverse Guide (all categories explained), Glossary (plain-language tech terms)
