Welcome

ImpactMojo is a free learning platform built for people working in development across South Asia — the educators, evaluators, programme managers, researchers, and students who are doing the hard, important work of making communities healthier, more equitable, and more resilient.

Why ImpactMojo Exists

If you work at an NGO, a think tank, or a university department focused on development, you already know the problem: high-quality training in monitoring & evaluation, research methods, gender analysis, or development economics is either expensive, inaccessible, or designed for audiences in the Global North.

ImpactMojo was built to close that gap. Everything here is:

  • Rooted in South Asian realities — examples from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, not textbook cases from other contexts

  • Free at the core — all 48 courses, 12 simulation games, 10 interactive labs, and hundreds of handouts are available without paying a rupee

  • Designed for practitioners — not abstract theory, but content you can use in your next workshop, field visit, or strategy meeting

  • Available offline — because we know internet connections in the field aren't always reliable

  • Multilingual — available in English, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu, and Marathi

No login is required to start learning. Just open the website and begin.

Who Is This For?

  • NGO programme staff looking to strengthen their M&E skills or train their teams

  • University students studying development, public policy, economics, or social work

  • Researchers who want practical tools alongside rigorous frameworks

  • Consultants designing evaluations, theories of change, or gender audits

  • Government officials working on social programmes and public health

  • Anyone curious about how development actually works on the ground
