Frequently asked questions
How long does the track take?
Around 15–20 hours of work, fully self-paced — most learners spread it over three to six weeks. You get six months of access to the assessment from the day you enrol.
Is the content free without paying?
Yes. The MEL flagship course and the Theory of Change Lab are free for everyone, forever. The paid layer is the assessed capstone, the verified certificate and the full practice pack.
Are there any prerequisites?
None. The track starts from first principles — if you can describe what your programme is trying to change, you can build a MEL system for it here.
When do I get the certificate?
Within a week of passing the capstone. It is issued with a unique ID and is independently checkable at verify-certificate.html.
What if it isn't for me? Refunds?
A 7-day refund window applies from the date of enrolment, as per our refund policy. Write to hello@impactmojo.in and we'll process it, no questions asked.
Do you offer team or organisational pricing?
